Doorstep delivery

Tracked courier delivery to your street address: building, apartment, city and postal code. A signature may be requested for orders above ¥10000.

Pickup point

Collect at a partner pickup point or parcel locker near you. The parcel is held for 7 days before it is returned to us.

Timeframes count business days from dispatch. Remote areas can add 1-2 days.

Order processing

Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. A confirmation email with the order number arrives as soon as the order is placed.

Each custom chopstick set is individually wrapped in acid-free tissue to protect lacquer and wood-grain finishes, then sealed inside a rigid, moisture-resistant inner sleeve bearing a tamper-evident hygiene sticker to certify the food-contact surface has not been touched since final inspection. The sleeve is placed inside a corner-reinforced, cushioned outer carton with void-fill inserts to prevent flexing, chipping or lacquer cracking during transit, and engraved or personalized items receive an additional rigid divider to prevent contact with other contents.

Tracking your parcel

Every order is assigned an automated tracking number generated at the moment of dispatch and linked to the courier's live tracking system. Customers receive this number automatically by email, with an optional SMS alert available at checkout, and status updates are pushed at pickup, transit and final delivery.

Lost or delayed parcel

If the tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, write to team@JMA CONSULTANTS with your order number. We open a trace with the courier and either resend the order or refund it in full, your choice, within 10 business days of the claim.

Damaged on arrival

If a parcel shows visible signs of transit damage, the customer should refuse acceptance where possible and photograph the exterior packaging before opening it. If damage is discovered after opening, the customer must photograph the damaged chopsticks, the inner packaging and the tamper-evident seal, then contact support within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and photos attached. Upon verification, JMA CONSULTANTS INC. will arrange a free replacement or a full refund without requiring return of the damaged item, at the customer's choice.

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier in cash when the parcel is handed over. No card is needed.

Bank transfer

Pay to our company account; the details are shown after checkout and in the confirmation email. The order ships once the payment arrives, usually within one business day.

We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never ask for card or online-banking details by email or phone.

Delivery outside Japan

We deliver to a set list of countries. Delivery cost and time show at checkout, before you pay. Any import duty is paid by you, the recipient.
