How do you customize a pair of chopsticks?
You choose the wood, hinoki, walnut or ebony, along with the length and tip shape. We can also add a simple engraving on request before the pair is finished.
When does my order ship, and how do I know it is on its way?
Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are prepared for dispatch that same day. You receive a tracking number as soon as the courier collects the parcel.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused pair in its original packaging. Once we receive it back in that condition, we process the return.
How do I know the wood is really what you say it is?
We name the wood on the product page and on the pair itself when possible. Each blank is checked by hand before cutting, and we are glad to answer questions about a specific order before you buy.
