Every product page shows the wood, the length and how the pair sits in the hand. Compare pairs, read the reviews, add to cart.

Order
Pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer. A confirmation email with your order number arrives right away.

Dispatch
Orders placed before the daily cut-off leave the same business day, packed and handed to an insured courier with a tracking number.

Use and return
Follow the care note included with each pair. Changed your mind? Return the item within 30 days under the conditions on the Returns page.
Standards we keep
Single-Piece Wood, No Joints
Each pair is cut from one blank of hinoki, walnut or ebony, so there is no glued seam to catch food or wear down over time.
Hand-Finished With Urushi Lacquer
We apply the lacquer in thin coats and sand between them, which leaves a smooth surface that stays comfortable after repeated washing.
Checked Before It Leaves the Workshop
Every pair is looked over for balance, length and finish before it goes into its box, not after a customer points out a flaw.
Direct From Workshop to Your Door
Orders are wrapped in a protective pouch, boxed, and handed to a tracked courier the same day they are finished.
Common questions
How do you customize a pair of chopsticks?
You choose the wood, hinoki, walnut or ebony, along with the length and tip shape. We can also add a simple engraving on request before the pair is finished.
When does my order ship, and how do I know it is on its way?
Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are prepared for dispatch that same day. You receive a tracking number as soon as the courier collects the parcel.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused pair in its original packaging. Once we receive it back in that condition, we process the return.
